Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soap spheres for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the unused soap sphere for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your soap sphere arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

5. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@ataraxystudio.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on where to send your product.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
