Processing Time
All orders are carefully hand-packed. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Each batch is limited to ensure freshness and quality.

Shipping Options
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority Overnight: 1 business day

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging
Your Ataraxy products arrive in eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging, designed to protect your soap while reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our reach internationally in the near future.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Ataraxy Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our studio. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
